Graduating Class Photo Proofs Due 3/12

For all graduating students who took their recent graduating photo ....
The choice of which photo you wish to use in the Class Composite or for package purchases is due no later than March 12, 2021. A link to the proofs was emailed on 2/24. A copy of the form which will need to be completed (proof number, name as you wish to be on composite and phone) is attached.
There are three ways for you to make your photo/proof choice for the packages/class composite:
1. Returned form to my office – 412 O’Brian Hall
2. Email completed form to me
3. OR Mail form and payment for packages to the photographer (address provided on the brochure).
