REMINDER: Immigrant Justice Corps Fellowship Information Session

Post by CSO »

Interested in a career in immigration public interest work? Attend the zoom session next Tuesday at noon with important information about applying. As a reminder, applications are due October 28. Three recent UB alumni have received this fellowship and Kerry Battenfeld, '17, of ECBA VLP will discuss how the fellowship jump started her career at VLP where she is now a Supervising Immigration Attorney.

IJC is the first and only fellowship of its kind - recruiting promising new lawyers and advocates, training them to provide high-quality legal services, and mobilizing them to host organizations around the country to directly help immigrants in need.

Each year IJC awards two-year fellowships to recent law graduates to provide immigrant legal services to low-income individuals and communities.
