IMPORTANT re: NY Law Exam on Thursday, March 21st

The next administration of the NYLE is this Thursday, March 21, 2019 at 12:00 pm (noon) Eastern Day Light Savings Time. The deadline to complete the New York Law Course and register for the March NYLE has now passed. Applicants who timely registered with the Board to take the NYLE must also timely purchase, download and register the software with Examsoft. Examsoft will email applicants before the date of the NYLE with all pertinent details and deadlines.

FOLLOW the Examsoft instructions CAREFULLY. In the past applicants had to download the NYLE by 4 pm on the day before, which is Wednesday, March 20th, or they were dropped from registration for this NYLE. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.

Future dates of the NYLE:

Dates of NYLE: June 13, 2019 12:00PM (during Bar Review)
Registration Deadline: May 14, 2019 11:59 pm

Dates of NYLE: September 26, 2019 12:00PM (last exam to be admitted in January in the 3rd and 4th Departments)
Registration Deadline: August 27, 2019 11:59PM

Do NOT start the New York Law Course (NYLC) before March 29, 2019. The Board of Law Examiners will be replacing the NYLC with an updated version. The old version will be removed on March 25th and the new version will be uploaded on March 29th. Anyone who starts the course before March 29th, will have to redo the entire NYLC.
