The ABA Judicial Clerkship Program seeks to improve diversity among judicial clerks through practical education, skills development, and networking opportunities. The program introduces law students from diverse backgrounds from around the country to judges and law clerks. The program informs and educates the students as to the life-long benefits of a judicial clerkship. The program also encourages judges to consider students of color that they otherwise may not have considered for a judicial clerkship.

1Ls and 2Ls should send a resume and a 200-300 word statement of interest to Amber Melvin at adiem@buffalo.edu by Friday, December 23,2022.

Funding to attend the judicial clerkship program will be provided by the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
