University GoPrint mapping to Law School Workstations
o Symptom - Law students logging into Law workstations are erroneously receiving the University GoPrint client when printing.
o Resolution - Work-around documentation has been created, ask for assistance from Library or IT staff.

GoPrint not auto popping up
o Symptom - The GoPrint client does not always automatically pop-up after printing.
o Resolution - Double click the red swoop GoPrint icon in the system tray (lower right) to launch the client manually.

Missing Printers
o Symptom - Some or all printers not showing up
o Resolution - This error should be resolved. if the problem persists, double click the Map BW Printers icon on desktop

University Research stations not populating GoPrint
o Symptom - When printing from a University Research station, the print job does not appear in the GoPrint client.
o Resolution - No recourse for jobs lost this way. Law students are advised to use only Law workstations when printing. The limited capabilities of University Research stations combined with this sporadic error makes them a non-reliable option. Remember that there are four Law workstations on the third floor and an additional eleven Law workstations on the seventh floor. You may also print from other buildings, such as the public computing labs in Capen and Lockwood.
