Wellness Week 11/29 thru 12/2 - It's Back!!

Wellness programs are good at helping people adopt and maintain healthy behaviors.

We hope to provide you with a myriad of skills, motivation, and social support, to remind you that sustaining healthy behaviors is beneficial and important as law school can be stressful, not only during exams, but through the year.

Check out several things - both on campus and on your own – that you can do to help maintain a healthy school/life balance.

A FEW HIGHLIGHTS:

1. Blue Table FOOD DRIVE - sponsored in part by BPILP
Did you know that UB offer’s Blue Table, a virtual food pantry service for UB students who do not have access to food?
To help stock Blue Table's pantry, NOW thru Dec 2nd, we are collecting healthy food items. Collection bins for food donations will be located in the Doran Student Lounge and Law Library Reference Desk.

2. Flu Shot & COVID Vaccination Booster Clinic
Tues, Nov 30th from 10am - 3pm in the Doran Student Lounge.
All students, faculty and staff are welcome. Vaccinations are free, but proof of insurance is required. In order that the pharmacy has enough doses, please register no later than 11/28 by answering two brief questions: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/9JRBQQS .Walk-ins will be welcome!

3. LUNCH Wed, Dec 1 compliments of a generous alum
Starting at 12noon in the Doran Student Lounge . Fuel up with pizza, pasta and salad catered by Andiamo on W. Klien.

4. SBA Wellness Raffles, coffe and tea - all week long!

And more fun give-a-ways all week in the lobby from 11a - 1pm.
