Eric Segall, author of "Supreme Myths" and "Originalism as Faith," host of the "Supreme Myths" podcast, and Ashe Family Chair Professor of Law at Georgia State University, will be joining ACS for a virtual happy hour. Feel free to grab your favorite beverage as he talks about the Supreme Court's current approach to religion and how this approach is affected by originalism. He will also discuss whether good faith is guiding the Court in this respect, and how the "most favored nation" approach our country appears to be following interacts with other constitutional principles; answering the question of whether originalism may conflict or support the approach the Court is taking. This event will be hosted through Zoom and in-person interaction, as our speaker will be appearing virtually.
