Panel Discussion: Being Transgender and a Prisoner

The Office of Student Affairs is presenting a panel discussion "The Reality of Being Transgender and a Prisoner" on Tuesday, October 11th at 4:00 p.m. in the Cellino & Barnes Conference Room (509 O'Brian). Panelists will include Student Affairs Vice Dean Bernadette Gargano, the former Director of the Law School's embedded clinic in WDNY's Pro Se Assistance Program assisting pro se litigants, Nan Haynes, Esq. School of Law Professor Emeritus, and civil rights attorney who sued numerous times over constitutional violations at the Erie County Holding Center, and Keisha Williams, Esq., Executive Director of the Western New York Law Center and Vice Chair of the Erie County Corrections Specialist Board.
