A message posted on behalf of UB CIT......
Dear Recent UB Graduate,
I’m writing to let you know about some UBIT services that you can still enjoy away from UB.
Your UBmail (buffalo.edu) email address is yours for life! All you need to do is log into the web client at ubmail.buffalo.edu once every 90 days to keep it active. Please note that checking your email through an app on your smartphone will not keep your UBmail active.
Learn more at http://buffalo.edu/ubit/service-guides/ ... lumni.html
UBbox file storage
When you leave UB, you can take any files saved to your UBbox file storage with you. If you have saved more than 50 GB to your UBbox account, simply delete enough files to fall beneath the 50 GB quota to upload new files.
To opt-in and keep your Box account for life (only valid once you are done taking classes and/or working at UB), please visit http://buffalo.edu/ubit/boxforlife.
More IT services
You can access MyUB and HUB for life, which is helpful when you need access to transcripts. Other services like UB-licensed software downloads, My Virtual Computing Lab and personal UB websites are available up to six months after your conferral date.

If you have any questions about UBIT services, please contact the UBIT Help Center at 716-645-3542 or http://buffalo.edu/ubit/help.
