CARES Act funding. Federal emergency financial assistance has been made available to students who have incurred educational expenses related to the COVID-19 pandemic. To ensure students with the greatest need have access to this financial support, UB has automatically allocated funds to students through their financial aid package in the HUB student center. Do not forget to accept the funding!

If you did not automatically receive funding but are eligible for assistance, you may apply for a Higher Education Economic Relief Fund grant through June 30, 2020. For more information on eligibility requirements and the application process, visit: https://financialaid.buffalo.edu/covid-19-faq/

Remember, the Financial Aid Office is here to help you throughout the academic year. At this time, walk-in centers located in 1Capen and 1Diefendorf and in the Downtown Campus are closed.
