WNY Diversity Career Fair - Employer & Student Training, Recruitment & Networking Event

The Western New York Legal Diversity Career Fair is dedicated to fostering a more diverse and inclusive legal workforce. Join us in this opportunity to come together for education/training, interviewing, networking, food, and great prizes — at no cost!

This year, we are pleased to feature attorney panelists from various backgrounds. Students will receive tailored guidance on interviewing techniques and insights into employer expectations as they begin their legal careers. Students will also have a chance to network with employers after our lunch break.

Prizes for students include $1,500 towards Bar Exam preparation, AirPods, iPads, Stanleys, gift cards, and an essay competition worth $2,500! For information on how to enter the essay competition, please contact Stephanie Belasik at sbelasik@eriebar.org.

All students are welcome! Students should attend any part of the programming and networking that they can - they are free to drop in and leave to accommodate their class schedule!
