Orientation Leader (Paid Position) Applications - Now Open for Summer 2025!

2025 Orientation Leader applications are now open!

Orientation Leaders (OL) serve as the face of New to UB programs—including Summer Orientation and Welcome Weekend—and must be positive representatives of UB and the student experience.

OLs spend (most of) the summer getting paid to help new students prepare for their start at UB. They have the opportunity to make an impact on the entire incoming class and develop skills in communication, problem-solving, and more!
