Ellen A. (Nell) Hennessy Employee Benefits Moot Court Competition

On Saturday, February 22, 2020, the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel and the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law will host the Third Annual Ellen A. (Nell) Hennessy Employee Benefits Moot Court Competition.

It is a prerequisite to participation in this competition that a student has taken or is currently enrolled in Professor Jim Wooten’s course in Pension and Employee Benefit Law. Students selected to compete in the competition also will enroll in a 1-credit bridge course with Professor Wooten.
