During this stay at home period, Project Play WNY wants to help kids and families use this time to build strength to lessen the likelihood of future injury.
Join us on Friday, May 1 at 1 p.m. for an Injury Prevention Webinar led by Dr. Les Bisson, MD, Professor and Chair of Orthopedic Surgery at the University at Buffalo, on how to decrease team injuries by following very simple at-home exercises that do not require any equipment.
