Yoga & Meditation Session @UB Open to all Students

Did you know....

The UB Wellness Office hosts a number of programs dedicated to student wellness from yoga to meditation to help you relax, take a breath and learn how to calm your mind, manage your stress and feel better.

Yoga classes are held every Monday and Thursday from 5:15 PM - 6:30 PM in the Ellicott Complex - Richmond Quad on UB North Campus.
