Attached is a October/November Stress Reduction Program calendar provided by Student Life /Health Promotion Department.
All programs are online except for the weekly Quit Smoking/Vaping Clinic on Thursdays in 114 SU from 11am – 1pm. Note: The Tuesday yoga class moved to Wednesday nights from 6-7pm.
