UB is making getting your annual influenza (flu) vaccination easier. The on-campus flu shot clinics are available to the entire UB community at locations on the North, South and Downtown campuses throughout October and most of November. The participating pharmacies will be Tops Markets, J. Rutowski Pharmacies, and Middleport Family Health. Most local pharmacy’s also carry the flu shot and accept walk-ins. The earlier you go the better!

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have identified vaccination as the "first and most important step" in protecting against the seasonal flu. CDC guidelines recommend that everyone age 6 months and older get a flu shot every year.

Most health insurance plans accepted – so your shot may be free. Attendees must bring their UB ID and insurance card to the event. In lieu of health insurance, Pharmacies participating in the UB flu clinic will be accepting cash in the amount of $28.
