LawHelpNY has opened our next LiveHelp Operator Volunteer application period for the schedule to start this November. The last day to apply is November 8, 2021.

As always, we have a great need for volunteers who can read and write in Spanish.
LawHelpNY has information about common civil legal problems, such as divorce, custody, debt, housing, government benefits, and much more. LawHelpNY cannot give advice on what to do in a particular case, but we can help individuals find organizations that can advise or represent them for free. LawHelpNY does not have information about criminal law. However, we do have information about problems that criminal charges or convictions can cause, such as employment problems or housing issues. https://www.lawhelp.org/
