1L Scholarship Opportunities

Applications for 1L scholarships will open on Tuesday, February 1, 2022.
Current, matriculated, UB School of Law 1L JD students can use the UB Scholarship Portal (https://buffalo.academicworks.com/) to find named scholarship opportunities.
Students must complete the general application and law school conditional application within the portal. Login using your UBIT username and password. Once completed you will be automatically matched up with scholarship opportunities.
Please be advised, unmet need (as defined by the Office of Financial Aid) and UB School of Law good academic standing (as defined in the GARP), is considered heavily in the review process. Applications will not be reviewed until fall semester grades have been submitted.
If you are selected as the recipient of a scholarship you will be notified and any funds received will be applied directly in HUB for the current spring semester.
Completed applications can be submitted no later than February 20, 2022.
