IPSL: National Patent Application Drafting Competition

Intellectual Property Law Society (IPLS) is looking to put together a team of members/students to enter and compete in the 2023 National Patent Application Drafting Competition. The competition introduces students to issues arising in U.S. patent law and develops their patent application drafting, amending, and prosecution skills.

Professor Amy Semet has offered to be the team coach and provide assistance and guidance on the patent application process.
