Advancing or Hindering Equality: The Impact of Recent Supreme Court Decisions on Identity, Free Speech, and College Admissions

The School of Law presents a panel discussion that explores the significance and consequences of the recent U.S. Supreme Court cases on race-conscious college admissions (Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard) and on the intersection of free speech and LGBTQ+ rights (303 Creative v Elenis).

Panelists Include:
