Monday, November 4th is the COAL meeting:

Please be prepared with the following:

• Detailed knowledge of what the fee money goes to, to ensure you don’t offer ideas that the fee already covers
  Ideas on where to prioritize the fee funds – this could be directing more money to a specific initiative that the fee already covers or to a new program or initiative that would benefit your constituents.

Below are the specifics on what each fee goes to:

• Academic Excellence & Success Fee
  
  Athletics Fee (paid by undergraduates only)
  
  Campus Life Fee
  
  Career Services Fee (paid by undergraduates and graduate students only)
  
  College Fee
  
  Health Fee
  
  Recreation Fee (paid by undergraduates only)
  
  Technology Fee
  
  Transcript Fee
  
  Transportation Fee

Each fee steward will have about 7 minutes each to receive feedback from you, please keep your ideas concise and if needed, come prepared with a more detailed proposal that you can send to them.
