Education Abroad Fair + Passport App Event - Thurs., Sept. 18 from 12PM - 3PM in SU 145
The Fall 2025 Education Abroad Fair is happening Thursday, September 18, from 12pm-3pm in Student Union (SU) 145. There are a wide variety of programs that students will be able to explore - UB programs and other SUNY programs, as well as programs for the winter, spring break, summer, semesters, and academic year!
Additionally, UB Education Abroad is excited to have the Buffalo Passport Agency joining them to offer a Passport Application Acceptance Event at the fair! Please see the attached flyer for details and instructions.

- The UB Education Abroad website has loads of information! Most applications to study abroad in Winter 2026 and Spring 2026 are now open! Many application deadlines are October 1, but some are as soon as mid-September.
- The UB Education Abroad Instagram is active and students are encouraged to follow the account to see other students' experiences abroad.
- They offer Drop-In Advising in their office, Talbert Hall 201 (North Campus), Monday-Friday, 12pm-3pm.
- Students can make in-person, Zoom, or phone appointments with UB Education Abroad staff via Navigate. Each program has a contact listed on the program's page under "For More Information".
