Gain experiential learning credit hours and the 50-hours of pro bono service required for admission to the NYS Bar with these courses! Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
Asylum Appellate Advocacy Practicum: Examine key appellate doctrines, procedure, and practice through an in-depth look at asylum and immigration petitions for review pending at the federal courts of appeals.
Family Violence & Women’s Rights Clinic: Fill the gap to ensure victims of violence receive the proper legal representation needed in many areas of the law, including family offense petitions, child support, custody, and visitation cases, and divorce.
Immigration Clinic: Participate in affirmative and defensive immigration work, including work in administrative and court proceedings.
