Immigration Clinic Accepting Applications!

The Clinical Legal Education Program is now accepting applications for the Spring 2026 Immigration Clinic. Work in both Buffalo & Batavia with the Volunteer Lawyers Project.

In the Immigration Clinic, students will have opportunities for students in both affirmative and defensive immigration work, including work in administrative and court proceedings.

Assist unrepresented respondents in Buffalo Immigration Court by helping them understand the court process, their rights, and obligations.

Application will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
