UB School of Law Clinical Legal Education is seeking a student attorney to work at the Rochester Federal Courthouse for the Spring 2026 semester. This position is in collaboration with JustCause.

Duties

• Interview and advise clients with high-level federal practitioners.

• Work with attorneys & judges while gaining practical legal skills.

Pay Rate & Hours

• $1,500 stipend, paid in two installments of $750.

• Parking and travel mileage reimbursed.

Requirements

• Open to 2Ls or 3Ls.

• Transportation to and from Rochester on Wednesdays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
