The Entrepreneurship Law Center Clinic is also in search for up to four student attorneys to assist program companies. This fellowship will provide a great experiential learning opportunity for first year students interested in business and transactional law. Students will work under the supervision of licensed attorneys.

- Entity selection and formation
Securities/financing
Tax
Intellectual property (trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights and licensing)
Social enterprises
Commercial contracts
Terms of use/privacy policies
Small business advice and counseling
Hiring and employment matters
Ethics/conflicts of interest/governance
- Full-time paid position of 32 hours per week for the summer semester (dates TBD).
Hourly rate of $20.00.
