Supporting Students: A Peer Drop-In Group for Law Students Across New York State

Post by Student Affairs »

Law school can be demanding, and many students navigate its pressures in isolation. Supporting Students is a free, statewide peer drop-in group designed to foster connection, mutual support, and more sustainable approaches to managing law school stress.

The group meets twice monthly (midday and evening options) and centers each session around a theme relevant to the law student experience—ranging from getting involved on campus to balancing job searches, academics, and self-care. Participation is free, virtual, and open to all NYS law students.

đź—“ Beginning February
👥 Facilitated by Jennifer Clayton, LMSW, and Wendy Chaite, JD, LMHC
đź’» Open to all law students across New York State

If you or someone you know is looking for community, balance, and support this semester, we encourage you to join or share with others who may benefit.
