Live Presentation: Rochester Legal Diversity Clerkship Program 1/29

The Rochester Legal Diversity Clerkship Program is co-sponsored by the MCBA (through its Diversity Committee), the Rochester Black Bar Association (RBBA), and the Greater Rochester Association for Women Attorneys (GRAWA). This program seeks to increase diversity in the legal profession in the Rochester area by attracting qualified first-year law students from under-represented groups within the legal profession, to work in paid positions with Rochester area law firms and other legal employers.
Duwaine Bascoe will be on campus to promote this program, answer questions about the application process and meet with students. Some of the most prestigious legal employers partcipate in this program. There will be 11-15 placements available. All will be paid. Many UB Law students have participated in this program since it's inception, and UB is the main feeder school for the program.
