Now that you are about to start your first full week of classes, I thought I would pass along an excerpt from A Weekly Guide to Being a Model Law Student by Alex Ruskell. In the attached chapter he details how to get started on the right foot by following his suggested study schedule. He also shares some helpful tips on how to read and brief a case, take notes, and what you will want to include in your outlines.
