Hon. Sean M. Ramaley, of Pittsburgh, PA, will preside over a U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges whistleblower MAP case.

What is a whistleblower MAP case?
MAP-21, Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century, is a funding and authorization bill to govern United States federal surface transportation spending. Section 31307 of the Act provides whistleblower protection for employees of motor vehicle manufacturers, part suppliers, and dealerships for raising concerns relating to motor vehicle defect, noncompliance, or violations of certain notification or reporting requirements.
