Segment Synopsis: Choosing UB. Wanted to go to Yale. Philip Halpern recommended UB Law. Had 3 yrs. undergrad and could transfer to law school. Great faculty. 66 West Eagle was location of school. Liked small size. Knew classmates and others. Liked being downtown. Interaction with faculty, clerking with practitioners. Favorite teachers/classes, Constitutional law with Dean Hyman, Prof. Lenhoff had a 'colorful' way of teaching. Clyde Summers excellent. Al Mugel for tax law. Lasting friendships with most of class. Fond memories of those days. Graduated 1955.
