This seminar will review key decisions from the U.S. Supreme Court’s last term in civil cases, criminal cases, and constitutional matters, as well as a preview of upcoming cases for the Court’s current term. Keynote on “The New Supreme Court and Its Environmental Docket” by Sean H. Donahue, Esq., former Law Clerk to the late Justices John Paul Stevens and Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
