We will be joined by Mr. Emanuel Powell of ArchCity Defenders, who represents families of those who have been killed by the police, or have died in their custody, and Mr. Michael Higgins, who is well versed in the New York FOIL (Freedom of Information Law), and is the assistant director of the Civil Rights and Transparency Clinic at UB Law.
