The mission of the Career Fair is to build a more diverse legal workforce.
The Career Fair is open to all interested students and lawyers, with the goal of increasing employment opportunities for those traditionally underrepresented in the legal profession. Featuring over 30 different employers, consisting of law firms, non-profit organizations, government organizations, and corporations, candidates will have ample opportunity to meet with a wide variety of local employers.

How it Works: Attendees will participate in 20-minute interview sessions (partial lottery) with a select number of employers and also have the opportunity to speak with other employers during the networking session.
A confidential resume collection option will be provided for lateral attorneys. Interested employers will have the opportunity to reach out to you directly to set up an interview.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Hotel: We will be providing hotel accommodations from Thursday, August 10th - Friday, August 11th to a select number of applicants traveling more than 100 miles. If you are interested in securing hotel room, please check “yes” on the registration form.
Transportation: We will be providing transportation from Albany and New York City. If you are interested in securing transportation, please indicate your location on the registration form.
