Chloe: Selling merch at orientation

  • 5th floor couch area, right when you get off the elevator
  • Chloe made a flyer.

  • $10 each; through the UB ticketing office.

Andy: 1L event

  • AKG (fan favorite)

  • Zoo
  • Science museum
  • Botanical gardens
  • Maid of the mist + hard rock café or rainforest café
  • Double decker bus tour
  • Pavilion at the park and do a picnic

Giulia & Henry: final budget review, brainstorming regarding budget tracking for clubs

• It is almost finalized.
  • There was a couple of clubs that did not document their purchases; need to get people to be more throughout.

All clubs meeting

• Affirm date

  • Any important/new talking points
  • Need to remind clubs to do their fundraisers and to keep track of their budgets.
  • Ideas for smoother communication between clubs & SBA
  • All-Presidents group me?
  • Creating a group chat through one type of app.
  • Brainstorming for better ways to communicate to the law school/increase participation
  • Trying to find new ways of posting about events (other than social media)
  • Creating a LinkedIn for SBA?
