A unique program at UB matches sophomores with WNY’s top companies and organizations for a paid summer externship.

Through the WNY Sophomore Externship Experience (SEE) program, UB matches selected students with one of WNY’s top companies. Students gain experience, build their network, develop new skills, and see how they can make a difference in WNY.

Earn $4,000.
25 hours/week in June and July.
Opportunities at Western New York’s top companies and organizations.
Open to all majors.
100% of students felt more prepared for future professional experiences.
Earn course credit and a micro-credential.
Students who are curious and creative are strongly encouraged to apply.
