Scholarship Opportunity - PowerNotes Summer Beta

PowerNotes has just opened access to the Summer Beta of PowerNotes, a research platform that helps students organize sources, annotations, and outlines in one place. It’s been used at nearly 200 institutions in its earlier form — this summer is the first public beta of the rebuilt version.

It’s free all summer, and we’re giving away 5 x $1,000 scholarships for students who use it on a real research project. No purchase required.

A few things faculty and librarians have found useful about it:
- Students capture annotations and quotes directly from sources, keeping everything linked and citable
- It integrates with JSTOR, ProQuest, and other licensed databases, giving your licensed content more reach
- The student’s outline builds alongside research, reducing the "blank page" problem when students sit down to write
- Promotes Academic Integrity, AI literacy and governance
