HEAR LIVE CASES - NYS Supreme Court Special Term - Wednesday 9/25

REMINDER: Hon. Ralph A. Boniello III ’69, New York State Supreme Court Justice in Niagara County, will be holding Special Term (for actual civil cases) on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 25 in the Francis M. Letro Courtroom. It will begin between 9:30-10:00 am and will end by 12 noon, depending the number of cases scheduled. Time permitting, there will be an opportunity for students to ask Justice Boniello (and perhaps the attorneys) about what they observed in the courtroom.

The schedule will involve some combination of bench trials, motion hearings and other civil matters. In advance of each sitting, Hon. Boniello will highlight cases that may be of special interest to law students. We should have a list of these cases and information on how to access the papers online by early next week. Stay tuned.
