2019 Desmond Moot Court Competition Registration- Sept. 21 - 24

Desmond Competition registration will be on Saturday, September 21st at 8am and will close Tuesday, September 24th at 5:00pm.

Please check your UB class Facebook pages, our UB website, or upcoming announcements for the link. The competition is open to all current 2L and 3L law students at no cost to participate.

The Charles S. Desmond Moot Court Competition is an in-house competition giving students the opportunity to argue a constitutional law case currently pending before the United States Supreme Court. This is a great way to exercise your appellate advocacy skills while being judged by accomplished lawyers, law school professors, and federal and state judges.

Briefs are due on Friday, November 1, 2019.
Oral Arguments are on Saturday, November 16, 2019 in O’Brian Hall.
