COVID-19 Update

The Board’s office is closed until further notice as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 crisis.

The grading of the February 2020 Uniform Bar Examination in New York is progressing as usual despite the crisis. While the Board does not currently foresee any problems with issuing results for this examination within the usual time period (that is, on or before May 1st), all candidates who sat for the February 2020 UBE should monitor their emails and/or this website for any updated information.

What impact the on-going COVID-19 crisis will have on the July 2020 Uniform Bar Examination is presently unknown.

Registration for the July 2920 NYS Bar Exam (UBE) should take place April 1 - 30, 2020. There is NO provision for late registration in New York. More information to come.
