Wellness Week Daily Constitutional – Every Day @ 2pm
Join 1L Mark Houle as we walk together from our own backyards via zoom. A daily walk can do us a world of good. Better yet sharing those moments as a group for wellness week. The objective is to clear our minds, get some steps, and enjoy some fresh air. Everyone is aware of the benefits of daily exercise for our body and minds. Let’s encourage one another to take on the daily habit. Everyday at 2 pm I will walk the 2-mile round trip route along the Vermont road I live (Poor Farm Road, Colchester, VT).
Everyday there is a theme and scavenger item to share via zoom.

If you can’t make the 2 pm time, please don’t hesitate to share regardless.

Monday – Pet & Animal Day; Show us your pet.
- Scavenger Item – Animals you come across on your walk.
Tuesday – Tree Day; Show us cool trees.
- Scavenger Item – Picture of a unique tree or shape
Wednesday – Water and Sky Day; Show us water or clouds.
- Scavenger item – Unique shaped cloud or water
Thursday – Architecture Day; Show us cool buildings.
- Scavenger Item – Unusual or decorative doors or street sign in your neighborhood
Friday – Color Day. Show us the unique colors you find in nature
- Scavenger Hunt item: Show us something that represents your favorite color
