Buffalo Moot Court Registration

Registration for the 2024 Charles S. Desmond Moot Court Competition is open until Wednesday, September 4 at 9 pm. The Competition is open to any 2L or 3L who wishes to compete in the competition. Please register with your selected team as soon as possible. The Competition will be held on October 24 and 25, 2024. The brief submission is due on October 9, 2024.

Participation in the competition does not require registration in Professor Sharf’s Intro to Appellate Advocacy course, but it is highly recommended. If you would like to register but do not have a teammate, please contact Professor Sharf (jrscharf@buffalo.edu) or the Buffalo Moot Court Board (law-bmcb@buffalo.edu) for assistance locating a partner.
