APALSA: General Meeting: Getting to know the Asian American Bar Association of NY

Post by SBA »

APALSA has invited AABANY to visit the University at Buffalo School of Law virtually and connect with our members on November 14 at 12 p.m. The zoom link can be found below. You can also attend the meeting in person in O'Brian 202.

The Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY) conducts a roadshow every year to introduce our organization to law students and provide them with valuable information about the opportunities we offer.

AABANY has 1600+ members including law firm partners, judges, general counsels, assistant US attorneys, professors, and public service leaders all across the country. A large part of AABANY work includes collaborating with APALSAs at law schools in New York and other states.

AABANY will attend virtually and have a presentation detailing UB APALSA members can get access to their student-specific newsletter and AABANY events throughout the year. Additionally, they will be providing information about a special discounted membership rate for students. We believe this could be a great opportunity for our organization to benefit from the resources and network that AABANY offers.
