Macro Student Social Work Network at the UB School of Social Work.

We are excited to host our first event of the semester, and we would love to extend an invitation students who may have an interest in macro-level social work, community organizing, or policy. We believe this would be a great opportunity for students in your department to connect with peers and learn more about the impact of macro work in our field.

What: Macro Mixer
When: Thursday, February 12th | 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Where: South Lake Community Center

Activities: Ice breakers, games, and snacks

Our goal is to share our club’s purpose and the type of work we hope to accomplish this year in a relaxed, social setting. We want to emphasize that this is a no-commitment event; students are welcome to come hang out and learn more without any pressure to join or attend future meetings.
