The Office for Diversity & Inclusion of the New York City Bar Association is conducting a research study on the effectiveness of pipeline programs for Black and Latinx law students and attorneys.

The purpose of this study is to examine ways law specific pipeline programs support successful outcomes for Black and Latinx participants. Findings from this study will provide the Office for Diversity & Inclusion data-driven recommendations towards addressing the racial disparity in Black and Latinx representation in the legal profession. The findings will be released at the end of this year.
