Join the American Constitution Society (ACS) and Federalist Society on October 1st, at 4pm in O'Brian Hall room 108 as we host Judge Sutton of the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. Judge Sutton will be discussing the role of State rights in an increasingly federally focused governmental system. Professor Gardner will be joining him in this discussion.
