HEAR LIVE CASES on Wednesday OCTOBER 30 - Special Term with Justice Ralph A. Boniello

REMINDER: Hon. Ralph A. Boniello III ’69, New York State Supreme Court Justice in Niagara County, will be holding Special Term on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 30 in the Francis M. Letro Courtroom.

They have five cases scheduled to argue on Wednesday. Attached are write ups on two of the more contentious cases, Sky v. Catholic Charities and Allied World v. Peerless Insurance. The other three are mortgage foreclosure/consumer credit actions:

Pennymac Loan Services v. Arumugam, et al, Index No. E167921/2019;
Midfirst Bank v. Draper, et al, Index No. E165890/2018 and
Student Loan v. Shank, Index No. E169287/2019.

Select Search as Guest and enter the index numbers listed above and on the attached summaries.

Judge Boniello will arrive at 9 am to review anything with the students. Special term will begin between 9:30-10:00 am and continue until completed.
