Virtual: Yoga@Home: Practice Where You Are with Dr. Irus Braverman / Friday 12/4 5p

Join us for live, online yoga classes, taught by our own Professor Irus Braverman – a certified yoga instructor, consisting of yoga postures, movements, and breath awareness to maintain wellness and focus through the challenging times as we wrap up the Fall semester.

Class is 5p Friday for a 60 minute session
- Join us as we close out Wellness Week.
- This is your time to de-stress after a long week and time reset your mind, body and soul.

This is not a fitness class, but we will learn new styles and poses and breath practices, raise our heart rates and finish with a cool down and active rest. All experience levels are welcome, but no experience is necessary. Dress comfortably. Mats are highly recommended. Come every week or just drop-in/register when you can!

Registration is required for the class by completing the attached release form and emailing it to Amy Atkinson aatkins@buffalo.edu Thursday prior to any class and a ZOOM link will be provided.
As with any exercise program, this class may pose some potential risks for its participants. Overexertion and dehydration may cause injury. It is the participant’s responsibility to check with a medical provider before engaging in any physical activity.
